Staff at ProHealth home care and in-home hospice work collaboratively with patients, caregivers and community agencies to coordinate and oversee the interdisciplinary plan of care for a patient in a home care and home hospice environment. This rewarding career requires dedicated caring staff members that are comfortable working independently, enjoy teaching, and are astute critical thinkers with strong communication skills.
