Susan Strayer LaMotte got her first W-2 at 14 and hasn’t been unemployed since. She’s the founder of exaqueo (ex-ACK-wee-o), which helps organizations build cultures, create employer brands and develop talent strategies using a data-driven approach. She is also the founder of The Workforce Lab, powered by exaqueo: big data analytics for culture, employer brand and talent.
Susan has been doing culture, brand and talent work for 17 years in-house and consulting for brands like The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott International, The Home Depot, Carnival, Xilinx and many more. She worked in-house as a recruiter and HR Leader, served as a career coach, worked in university career services and regularly consult for C-level leaders.
