As a keynote speaker and the founder of Don't Flinch, LLC, Jack Stahlmann specializes in making the workplace less boring. His entertaining and informative presentations are built around his bizarre experiences in Los Angeles as an actor, producer, director...and of course, a waiter.

In 2002, he launched his own production company which created several films that enjoyed international success. He was instrumental in producing the Margaret Cho stand-up show, Cho Revolution, working as the Second Assistant Director. And as an actor his shining moment came in a co-star role on the CBS drama Cold Case where he played a wimpy park ranger (which, he would like you to know, was not type casting). He also appeared on Days of Our Lives and several commercials.

His writings have appeared publications worldwide and he is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post. Jack currently resides in St. Paul, Minnesota.
