SkyFuel Aviation Services, LLC is an aviation services company specializing in commercial aviation fuel services. SkyFuel is a new entry into the North American Aviation Industry and was formed in mid-2015 to fill a void left by consolidation in the industry which left U. S. Commercial Airlines with few choices for their fuel service needs. The company is led by a group of highly experienced and respected industry professionals who believe that customer service, innovation and highly motivated employees will drive the company and their customers to success.

One of SkyFuel’s core values is the desire to use innovation and technology to constantly improve our customer’s operations. Our Management Team was the first to bring plane-side data capture computers to the industry and SkyFuel is committed to the use of automated aviation fuel management systems in all our operations.

These systems have the capability to automatically capture accurate fuel load data, provide gross and net temperature adjusted gallons and automatically validates calculations to reduce data entry errors. It also automatically updates the back office inventory system via Bluetooth or WiFi. This information is then available to the customer almost immediately or on a daily, weekly or monthly basis eliminating the need to wait for paper tickets. This system improves accuracy and speeds up inventory closing at the end of the month.

SkyFuel, in conjunction with various meter manufactures has begun the use of meters with built in computers with back office system integration eliminating the need for a hand held data capture computer. These meters have similar capability as the hand held computers and in some cases eliminates the need for the hand held computer. All in an effort to make our into-plane service exceptional and benefit our customer.
