Paid Holidays Select Technical Staffing employees are eligible for the following paid holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Paid Vacations Up to a week of paid vacation is available for contract employees. For each 2,000 hours worked within a 12-month time frame, a bonus for the equivalent of one week's pay (40 hours) will be paid.
Paid Health Insurance Employees who work long term assignments through Select Technical Staffing are eligible for up to $100.00/month towards the cost of their premium on Selects health insurance plan. To qualify, employees must have a minimum of 750 hours on contract.
Referral Bonus: If you know someone who is looking for employment, refer them to Select Technical Staffing. Once they complete 160 hours on contract or are placed into a permanent position by Select Technical Staffing, you will receive a bonus check for $50.00.
