Adam Flanders, Owner
Adam has a Business Operations Management degree from U.W. Milwaukee.  He started Flanders Maintenance in 1995.  Adam grew the business with quality and customer service as its primary concerns.  Flanders Property Maintenance has not only retained its original customers, but has added hundreds of new customers including residences, schools, commercial and industrial properties, and associations.

 
Ann Flanders, Accounting/Office Manager
Ann has a teaching degree from U.W. Milwaukee.  She taught for seven years until she had children and partnered with Adam to run Flanders Maintenance.  Currently, she is responsible for book keeping, invoicing and customer contact.

 
JJ Gall, General Manager
JJ has been with Flanders for over 8 years and is skilled in every aspect of its operations.  JJ oversees all of Flanders’ projects and day to day activities and manages all staff.

 
David Witek, Assistant General Manager
Dave has an extensive building trades background. He is an exceptional manager who leads by example with his high standard of quality and customer service.
