  • Associates may choose to participate in various plan options
  • Coverage for dependents is available
  • Associate premiums can be paid pre-tax

Disability Benefits

  • Coverage is available for both short-term and long term disability protection
  • Provides monthly income in case of a disability

Long-Term Care Insurance

  • Coverage available to associates and family members
  • Plan covers costs of nursing homes, assisted living facilities and home health care services
  • Choose from multiple plan designs

401(k) Plan

  • Associates may contribute up to 100 percent of pay not to exceed IRS maximum
  • Eligible to participate the first of the month following 1 full month of employment
  • "Catch-up" contributions are allowed
  • Bank matches first 6 percent of associate contributions at 100 percent (after 1 year of service)
  • Bank automatically contributes 3 percent of your annual compensation at year end (after 1 year of service)
  • Associate may choose from numerous investment fund options
  • Qualified rollovers are accepted

Basic Life Insurance

  • 1-time annual salary provided by the bank

Dependent Life Insurance

  • Spouse and dependent child coverage available

Supplemental Life Insurance

  • Additional life insurance available to associates for up to 4 times annual base salary, subject to limitations

Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

  • 1-time annual salary provided by the bank

Supplemental Accident Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

  • Additional AD&D insurance available for associates and dependents

Travel Accident Insurance

  • Coverage provided by the bank when traveling on Bank business

Health Care Flexible Spending Account

  • Option to contribute on a pre-tax basis
  • Weekly reimbursement of eligible health care expenses paid to associates from the account

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

  • Option to contribute on a pre-tax basis
  • Monthly reimbursement of eligible dependent day care expenses paid to associates from the account

Paid Time Off & Holidays

  • Paid Time Off based on length of service and job classification
  • Holidays based on the Federal Reserve schedule

Employee Assistance Program

  • Confidential counseling assistance and information resources for associates and their families
  • Assistance with concerns relating to childcare, eldercare, legal matters, financial topics, etc.
