Disaster and Emergency Management Services Int’l, LLC (DEMSI) is a division of David Evans Enterprises, Inc. (DEEI), a professional services consulting firm established in 1976.  In an effort to assist the growing staffing demands of a DEEI client, DEMSI was instituted in March of 2019.  DEMSI focuses on placing skilled professionals on government contracts, specializing in disaster recovery and emergency management services. 

Every year, the continental US is affected by major hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, snow storms and wildfires. This causes tremendous damage to infrastructure and human life. At DEMSI, we understand the increasing need for recovery efforts and strive to provide solutions to deal with the aftermath of these calamities.  

DEMSI provides professional services such as engineering, architecture, project management and environmental consulting to FEMA and other government agencies in order to help restore communities affected by disasters.
