EMPLOYEE TESTIMONIALS

Rahul Singh, Product Development - Engineer
“I received my Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UW- Madison in 2002. Shortly after, I joined the BRP team in the Product Development Center as an Engineer on the simulation team. I love what I do and where I work. At BRP, we stress innovation - thinking about solutions that are are 'outside the box'. There is never a dull moment. I am responsible for a variety of deliverables; I am involved with the engine and its components from the concept stage to full production. What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to work hands-on with the engines, parts, fabrication and data acquisition process as well as the theory, design and testing of the product. I work with a great team of colleagues and have developed many solid relationships. Every morning when I come to work, it feels like I am coming home.”

Gabriela Granados, Analyst
"I work as an SAP analyst at BRP. My responsibilities include supporting existing system processes as well as developing new ones. I find it very motivating: we are always looking for ways to improve things, working as a team to innovate and make quality products, always with a winning attitude. It’s how things are done at BRP, and that’s why I’m so proud of working there. SAP is one of BRP’s core systems, so I get to work with people from most of the other departments — members of the “BRP family,” as I like to say. I do see us as a big family, because BRP cares about its employees. How? By offering unparalleled benefits, the tools we need to thrive in the organization and, of course, professional development opportunities —no matter what your job or field is, you can always progress."

Anick Laprise, Team Leader Clothing
"Already 20 years have passed since I joined the dynamic BRP team. I started as a Junior Designer for technical clothing and since then, I have not stopped evolving among talented, energetic and passionate teams. I had the chance to further my knowledge beyond designing clothes such as the innovation process, getting the products on the market as well as other business aspects. I have always had motivating projects with professional colleagues and modern tools that stimulate creativity and innovation. As a result, I am proud to witness the presence of highly performing products on the market, on which my team and I have worked, that are greatly appreciated by our clients. To better understand our users’ reality, I also have the opportunity to try all our vehicles which makes the job even more exciting. Being part of a company which values innovation and performance will bring many more challenges, I am sure. I am extremely proud to be part of the BRP team which makes a difference in the ultimate riding experience of our thousands of customers."

Stefan, Manager OEM Business - ROTAX Propulsion System
“As an OEM Business Manager, I oversee a team tasked with growing the business of selling Rotax propulsion systems to other OEMs. We search for new market opportunities and present business cases to upper management. It makes the job very diversified and challenging. BRP gave me the chance to explore different roles and enrich my skills in mechanical engineering by working in commercial and business management. Many things about working at BRP make me happy, such as the fact that we make such cool premium “big toys.” It motivates me and makes me proud whenever I show these products to my customers; they smile immediately!”

Steven, Manager - Parts and Accessories
“For the past year and a bit I have been managing the supply of parts and accessories to support our engines and customers. What excites me about my current role at BRP is the ability to see the tangible results of the work that we've put in in the PAC department. It is tremendously satisfying to see our well-defined performance metrics heading in the right direction as a function of our activity. Outside of work, you can join me on the golf course!”
