Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG®) was founded in 1964 by a group of Illinois lawyers concerned about the erosion of the lawyer's role in real estate transactions.

Through the years, our goal has remained the same: To provide our members with a level of support and services that empowers them to give their clients high quality legal assistance with real estate transactions — including real estate title insurance, estate planning, and related services.

ATG has a solid track record of success, both financially and through member retention and repeat business. The company built its significant market share by providing excellent service at competitive prices. ATG has been assigned a Financial Stability Rating® of A' (A Prime), Unsurpassed, from Demotech, Inc., an independent financial analysis firm. ATG has maintained this rating since 1995. Additionally, ATG has been awarded an A+ Accredited Business Rating from the Central Illinois Better Business Bureau.
