About Us

The Westridge Condominium is a sub-division of the Westridge Community that is part of the Dulles Farms Community Association. 
The Westridge Community is made up of several types of home that include condominiums, townhomes, villas and single family homes.  The community hosts several amenities with in itself:
 
  • Walking Trails
  • Two tot lots
  • Tennis court
  • basketball court (half court)
  • Clubhouse with a community room and fitness center
  • Community pool
The Dulles Farms Community is made up of four sub-communities which are: Stratshire Crossing, Virginia Manor, Westridge, and White Oak Crest. The amenities are spread throughout all of the four sub-communities and consist of two clubhouses, two pools, seven tot lots, three tennis courts, a half basketball court, nature walking trails and a dog park.  All residents in the Westridge Condominium community have access to all amenities.  All residents are welcomed and encouraged to take advantage of all the available amenities.
