Our 65,000 sq. ft., Class 20,000 and 100,000 rated Franklin facility features a fully filtered positive pressurized environment, segregated R&D and HEPA clean room areas, advanced CAD workstations, modern equipment, and a full professional engineering staff. The plant is FDA registered.

Portage, Wisconsin
Our Class 100,000 rated Portage plant specializes in cold runner tooling technology to accommodate high volume capabilities through high level automation, while minimizing material waste. The facility is FDA and NSF registered, and is ISO 9001:2000 Certified. It adds seven automated LSR molding machines, 10 automatic proportioning and mixing machines, and four inspection machines to Vesta's equipment list.
