(FRED) controls and/or manages approximately 6,500 apartment units located in the greater Milwaukee, Kenosha, Madison and Green Bay areas in Wisconsin, in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and in Gurnee, Illinois.  Over the years, we have developed over 600 single family lots, multi-family apartment projects and over 600 condominiums units.  In addition, FRED has over 1,200 apartment units under construction and has another 1,000 in the planning stages.  Through it all, we have remained focused on creating, owning and operating first rate living environments for our residents by providing the “Fiduciary Difference”.
