Founded in 1982 by Richard and Lois Dobberstein and incorporated in 1997, Collection Associates, Ltd. has been diligently serving its clients for almost three decades. The company initially focused exclusively on healthcare collections, and grew substantially over the first eighteen years with little emphasis on sales and marketing.
