Within a year of private practice, Rick reached out to a friend he'd met a cuple years before. Ben Quist had been a therapy student in clinicals under Rick. During that time, they shared philosophies of treatment and lifestyle.

At the time they reconnected (2003), Ben had started his his training studio and therapy clinic under the name Form & Fitness. Form & Fitness was fast becoming the best place for personal training on the North Shore. It only made sense that it and Body Renovation collaborate to offer a full-service lifestyle center in Mequon, WI.

In 2006, Form & Fitness opened a second location in Grafton. A little different model than the Mequon location, it is a full-service, adult-oriented health club. There was no question, Body Renovation would be part of that expansion, and opened its' second location inside the club.

Today, Body Renovation is Ozaukee county's premiere sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation cinic, offering a combination of results-driven techniques to its patients.
