MIAD - Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design is the only independent, co-ed undergraduate college in Wisconsin dedicated exclusively to building a regional culture of creativity and innovation through its Bachelor of Fine Arts programs and its community education and gallery programs for youth, adults and teachers. Distinguished undergraduate programs include the nationally ranked Industrial (product) Design program, and Communication Design, Illustration, Interior Architecture + Design and New Studio Practice (Fine Arts) programs. The National Association of Schools of Art & Design and the Higher Learning Commission accredit MIAD to offer the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

MIAD enrolls 625 students (nearly one-third in residence) and employs 200 faculty and staff. The college launches talented artists and designers on their personal and professional journeys toward successful creative lives and careers.
