Hello! 

    Thank you for visiting our site and giving us the opportunity to assist you with any repairs your vehicles may need.  We opened S & F Automotive in May of 2013.  Josh comes from a family of automotive technicians and was also an electrician himself.  When we opened our own shop we decided to open it as the shop we would want to take our car too.   We decided to take a different approach to the industry.

    Our technicians are paid by the hour.  Why is this different you may wonder.  Well most shops pay a percentage of what each job sells for.  This leaves an incentive to the technician to push up sells in order to gain a higher revenue.  Our technicians income does not grow if you approve more or less work.  

    We will advise you on what your vehicle needs now, and what it may need in the future.  We will not push any thing on you or make you feel pressured.  If a repair is a danger or serious issue we will make sure you understand the possibility of further damage or safety when driving.

    Our staff understands the expectations they are held with in.  We want to create a shop where you can trust we will treat your car as if it was our own.   Our technicians will not rush and leave a mess under the hood or take shortcuts in order to get the job done faster.  They will do the repairs properly the first time.  They will look over your vehicle for any future issues that may arise and make sure you are aware.  

    Your feedback is what lets us know what we can do better or what we may not see ourselves.  If at anytime you have a problem with anything or just want to talk feel free to ask for Josh or Fan.  We are always willing to hear from our customers on ways to improve our business.  We also truly enjoy hearing the positive feedback.  We look forward to meeting you and your family and becoming a part of the West Allis Community.
