Welcome to Aquinas Academy! We are a classical Catholic grade school located on Good Hope Road in Menomonee Falls, just northwest of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  It is an honor to have the opportunity to introduce you to the wonderful classical Catholic school community that is Aquinas Academy. Our Philosophy


Aquinas Academy follows the educational philosophy proposed by the Catholic Church, grounded in Catholic teaching about the meaning and purpose of the human person, and mediated for our particular circumstances by Catholic theology. The English word “education” is derived from the Latin word “educare” which refers directly to “child-rearing.” In keeping with this meaning, Catholic educational philosophy recognizes that parents are given the responsibility of being the primary educators of their children. Our History


Aquinas Academy first opened its doors in 1991 with nine students in a rented two-room school house on Schlie Road in Menomonee Falls. Although currently a grade school, Aquinas Academy was originally a high school called Hillcrest Academy. In 1993, the Board purchased our current 68 acre campus on Good Hope and Pilgrim Road and in 1997 as we opened our current building, our name was changed to Aquinas Academy.
