The Wisco Hotel Group owns and operates Wisconsin hotels situated in convenient locations across the state; Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton, Oshkosh and Fond du lac. We strive to exceed the expectations of our guests which has enabled the Wisco Hotel Group to continue to grow. The Holiday Inn in Fond du Lac was the beginning of WISCO Hotel Group. Holiday Inn Fond du Lac was built by the late John Zanetis, father of William Zanetis. The hotel was opened on March 25, 1974. William Zanetis was raised in the hotel business and following his fathers death made a decision to purchase the Holiday Inn from his family. Partnering with Walter Hickey, they purchased the Holiday Inn in May 1984 and formed the Wisco Hotel Group. The goal of these two gentlemen was to have a portfolio of hotels. There journey began in May 1988 with the Comfort Inn in Fond du Lac and continued with the Baymont Inn & Suites Madison West, Comfort Suites Appleton, Comfort Suites Madison West, Holiday Inn Express Oshkosh, Comfort Suites Milwaukee Airport, Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Madison West, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee Airport and most recently Fairfield Inn & Suites Milwaukee Airport and Candlewood Suites Milwaukee Airport. WISCO Hotel Group has been very successful over the years. The owners contribute their success to the team members at each hotel.
