Corporate offices of DAAR Engineering, Inc., are located at 518 West Cherry Street, Milwaukee, WI 53212. We have branch offices located in Madison and Portage Wisconsin; and St. Louis, Missouri. New corporate offices are currently under construction in Milwaukee. DAAR is a certified DBE/8a firm comprised of experienced engineers and technicians, providing traffic, design and construction services for transportation projects as well as program management. Traffic services include ITS, counts, and studies. Design services include roadway design, structural design and inspection, planning studies, traffic counting and analysis, real estate acquisition, environmental documentation and remediation, public involvement, and utility coordination. Construction services include project management, inspection, utility coordination, and material testing/verification. Our program management team is currently supporting the Army Corps of Engineers with the rebuilding efforts in Iraq. Our team possesses substantial experience and knowledge to provide the highest quality engineering professional services. We understand our Clients' goals of delivering a quality product while meeting budgets and timelines.

History: In September of 2001 DAAR Engineering became a reality for Abdulhamid Ali, and Frank D’Amato. Abdul and Frank had established a personal and professional relationship, beginning in 1989, with Abdul working in the public sector for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Frank in the private sector. They combined their engineering experience and knowledge of the requirements necessary to provide design and construction management services to form DAAR Engineering, Inc. In creating the company, their goal was to provide high quality engineering services, at competitive prices, to both the public and private sectors. Client satisfaction is a priority at DAAR Engineering. Small projects or large, DAAR strives for excellence through each step of the process for every client.
