Lake Country Health and Rehabilitation Center sets a new standard in skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. The 100 bed center is designed for the discriminating resident, while offering the finest in skilled nursing and post acute rehabilitation services.

Lake Country Health and Rehabilitation Center is also home to the FDA-cleared AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill®. This state-of-the-art rehabilitation device utilizes a unique differential air pressure technology that allows rehabilitation patients to defy gravity and safely work toward regaining function. The AlterG is the only "unweighting" device that allows a person to rehabilitate at a reduced body weight, while maintaining normal running or walking mechanics. We're pleased to offer this new technology at our center as part of our rehabilitation program!
