Seaford Consulting, LLC launched in March of 2010. We deliver integrated business and IT solutions to the Intelligence Community. The term 'integrated' is important. Too often do consultants deliver good ideas that are either not implementable or do not consider the total business wide impact. The implementation of these 'silo' solutions creates downstream problems and force clients to re-adjust on the fly. At Seaford Consulting we specialize in designing and implementing end-to-end business solutions that address the full scope of our clients' complex challenges.

On past projects, Seaford Consulting consultants have led clients through true business transformation by charting the strategic course, designing changes to the business financial, IT, process and HR landscapes, and managing the implementation through strong program and change management skills. In our current work, Seaford Consulting is tackling the challenges of enterprise wide IT modernization and standardization associated with cross cutting business solutions like Asset Management, IT Service Management, Enterprise Reporting, Business Process Modeling and Cost Recovery.
