Our mission statement is more than written words on a page, more than a tired cliché used to solicit business. Believe it; our mission statement is ingrained within every aspect of our business. Most printing organizations today evaluate their success on shareholder value or profitability. Sure, we all need to profit to exist, but we shouldn’t exist merely to profit. As a result of this philosophy, our mission can be easily identified through the four simple principles: Customer First We deliver our service in such a manner that our customers perceive added value. We will know their preferences and market our products and services accordingly. We will judge our performance against the standards of the customer. Resources: Good intentions only go so far. To be successful, you need the technology and equipment to back them up. The Marek Group operates two plants, both of which contain the latest conventional and digital equipment. Our cutting edge facilities also allow us to serve a large number of clients within a wide range of industries. Our primary facility, located just outside of Milwaukee in Waukesha, Wisconsin, was opened in August of 2003. With over 75,000 feet of floor space, this plant features state-of-the-art equipment and also serves as our headquarters. The second facility is slightly larger at 100,000 square feet. It serves as our fulfillment center as well as the packaging and finishing operation center. Located just 2 minutes from our headquarters, it opened in 1994.
