Habermehl Electric, Inc. has been in business since January 1980 and hasgrown to be a medium sized union contractor. We employ roughly 20 electricians (including apprentices), 6 equipment operators, material handlers, an equipment mechanic, a material expeditor, project managers and office support staff.

We are considered a specialty electrical contractor. Besides performing mainstream electrical work, we focus on the underground electrical needs for sewers and tunneling. Specialized areas of work also include the electrical power and instrumentation work associated with buildings, metering manholes, lift stations, diversion structures and tunnels that make up the transport and control of waste water in the Milwaukee metropolitan area. Today, more than seventy-five percent of the electrical work we do is in the traffic signal/street lighting area.
