Harrington Industrial Plastics LLC, founded in 1959, is the country’s largest distributor of industrial plastic piping serving all industries with corrosive and high-purity applications.

The history of Harrington Industrial Plastics, Inc. began in 1959 when its founders Marv & Elisabeth Harrington set out to become a major contributor to the distribution of industrial plastic pipe, valves, and fittings. In 1968, Cliff Springmeier purchased the company and used his determinate persona to build a strong industry foundation that established Harrington as a West Coast powerhouse. Over the next several years many integral acquisitions took place that lead the way to the opening of several West Coast branches and in 1980 the Seattle location was opened as the first Harrington branch outside of California. From there the West Coast branches extended from Washington down to Texas and Hawaii. In 1997, Harrington expanded to the Eastern Seaboard, from Florida through the New England states.These facilities house over $15 million in inventory including PVC, CPVC, PVDF, Polypropylene, fiberglass and plastic-lined steel, as well as all of the components for a complete system such as tanks, grating, pumps, and instrumentation. Harrington maintains a 50,000 square foot corporate headquarters facility located in Chino, California. This facility contains office space for senior management and corporate support functions as well as a service, repair, and pipe fabrication area.
