We have owned our small private practice for 14 years. We have added 7 therapists and need more. Our referral base continues to grow. We are doing somthing right. Our company is designed to allow our therapists to meet patients' needs without getting bogged down in paperwork or bureaucracy. We specialize in using our evaluation skills and practical therapy approaches across a broad spectrum, often working closely with the patient, family members, facility staff and physicians to produce exceptional functional outcomes. We embrace a "if it works, lets do it" attitude tailoring treatment approaches to give both patient and therapist satisfaction with clinical progress. Our patients are seen in a free standing therapy clinic, assisted living facilities, at home or in the community. The caseload is diverse, we see people with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical problems, neurologic impairments, work injuries, geriatric problems often with multiple diagnoses & impairments. OT & PT work closely together in prioritizing patient needs, developing a comprehensive treatment plan & rendering treatment. We are looking for therapist partners to organize and run their own caseload within a dynamic, supportive setting. The atmosphere is casual, and we, as owners are on site daily, providing patient treatment and administrative support. We are willing to learn from your new approaches, and we are always willing to teach you what we have learned from a collective 64 years of treatment experience. Come join us!!
