Regents Bank was founded in 2001 by local banking professionals, each with more than 20 years of banking experience. They came together with local community leaders to create a business bank that is devoted to helping our clients thrive by offering sage advice, guidance, credit, and solutions.

Regents Bank joined the Grandpoint Capital family of banks in February of 2012, and became a part of Grandpoint Bank in September 2013. This partnership has provided a broader range of services and enhancements to our clients including a larger lending capacity and a wider network of banking offices.  In addition to the five Regents Bank offices in San Diego and Vancouver, WA, our clients have access to Grandpoint Bank offices in Los Angeles and Orange County, Bank of Tucson offices, and The Biltmore Bank of Arizona office in Phoenix.
