Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Associates, LLC is the independent medical practice of Dr. Elizabeth Moberg-Wolff. With a main location in Milwaukee, Dr. Moberg-Wolff also visits multiple satellite clinics around eastern Wisconsin, including Kenosha, West Bend, and Green Bay.

Our mission is to improve function, independence, comfort, and participation for all children and adults with disabilities.

We strive to help families navigate the maze of medical, therapy, equipment, recreational, and vocational options for their children. Working collaboratively to advocate for and provide comprehensive management of medical needs gives us great satisfaction.
