Outlook Management Group, LLC is a part of the Outlook Group of Companies, which includes Outlook Development Group, LLC, (ODG) and ODG Operating Company. ODG was formed in 2005 and focused on the development of shopping centers and investing in stabilized properties in southeastern Wisconsin. In a short five-year time span, and during the great recession, ODG built a portfolio in excess of 650,000 square feet.

While building this portfolio, it became clear that professional property management would be necessary to provide Outlook’s partners, investors and tenants with value-added services, and for that reason, Outlook Management Group, LLC was formed.

Outlook Management Group was formed in 2008 and is a full-service real estate management company that provides property and asset management services for its own portfolio, but also third party private investors and institutional owners. Our current portfolio consists of over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate managed in the Midwest, and was listed as number 15 in The Business Journal’s Largest Milwaukee-Area Retail Property Managers published October 26, 2012.

Our property managers are active members of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Ray and Sean are both credentialed Certified Property Managers (CPM®) and Ray is credentialed as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) – we pledge to the IREM Code of Professional Ethics.

We are also members of Wisconsin Commercial Association of Realtors (CARW) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ray is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wisconsin.
