Upon approval of preliminary pricing, we move into the design phase where we provide the initial designs and specifications. Approval of the design phase allows us to move into a final proposal with detailed specifications and construction documents. All aspects of your project are documented in detail to create a fixed price package.

Now we are ready to provide you with our in-house building service. Mukwonago Remodeling will now acquire all the proper permits and schedule a start/completion date prior to construction. We maintain full communications with you and because we keep 90% of the work “In-House” we can keep your costs down and never compromise quality. This provides you with a smooth running project from start to finish, followed up by reliable service and warranty after completion.
