Founded in 1984, Mosaic’s 1,000+ dedicated staff members provide care to nearly 30,000 people each year in Baltimore City, Baltimore, Carroll Counties, and Harford County. A continued focus on our mission of transforming lives has helped us to become the largest, non-profit provider of community-based mental health and addiction services in Central Maryland.

Mosaic is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Its programs are approved or licensed by the Maryland State Departments of Health and Mental Hygiene and Human Resources. Mosaic is an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider.
