The team at ITS is made of 100 dedicated employees in Milwaukee and Shanghai. Our team is a strong combination of tenured engineers, supervisors and assemblers, along with new employees who implement ideas that keep ITS on top of the latest technology in the industry. A key initiative for management is to make ITS “The Place to Work” and they have developed a Continuous Improvement program, a Employee Benefits committee and hold monthly meetings to update everyone on the state of the business at ITS.
