When a 150-bed retirement home in Rapid City, SD lost its heat in subzero temperatures over Christmas break, Gregory “Jack” Daniels couldn’t just stay home celebrating. Instead, he and his son loaded up a truck on a Sunday evening, with four emergency boilers and 20 stock water heaters. They drove 30 hours round-trip, partway through a blinding snow storm and icy roads, so that local wholesaler could take care of this important customer ASAP.

Our comprehensive product line wouldn’t be complete without steam heating products. That’s why we acquired AMS Steam Products, which operates as a wholly owned subsidiary. It serves some of the largest hospitals, food production plants, and other large commercial facilities in North America. AMS provides the same exceptionally high level of expertise and support that these large companies deserve and expect.

Service – before, during, and beyond the sale
All of our customers, large or small, expect a high level of service. We deliver! Whether that means reviewing plans, a 5:00AM phone call, visiting on-site, multiple quotes, etc.; we don’t just act as order takers, as some of our competitors do. That’s not consistent with our core values. We are committed to providing you with the right size and type of water heating solution for your situation – every time.

Our warehouse and delivery team is second to none. We work closely with you to make sure the right product is there when it’s needed, and, most importantly, where it’s needed. Local deliveries made by HWP drivers are not just drop-and-run. On request, we will deliver the water heater or boiler to the exact spot of installation and we will even remove your old equipment and dispose of it in an environmentally conscious manner.

Our full-time sales and service staff are expert troubleshooters. In case of emergencies, there’s always someone on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
