It was Paul Hogan's own family experience caring for his grandmother that made him realize the need for elder home care services to help seniors live independently at home.?

When Paul Hogan and his wife Lori founded Home Instead Senior Care® in 1994, they ran the business from Paul’s mother’s dining room table. Things have changed a little since then.

Today, Home Instead Senior Care is the largest senior care organization in the world. The Home Instead Senior Care network includes more than 1,000 franchise offices in 17 global markets. As chairman, Paul advocates for the senior care industry and the Home Instead Senior Care brand.
