Fernbrook Family Center was formed over 10 years ago. Fernbrook was founded by Mr. Jon B. Huemoeller, MSW, LICSW. Mr. Huemoeller had considerable experience providing in-home therapy prior to founding Fernbrook. At present, Fernbrook provides Children’s Therapeutic Support Services, Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services and Targeted Children's Mental Health Case Management. Specialty services provided by Fernbrook include Individual and Family Therapy, Mental Health Behavioral Aides, Mental Health Rehabilitation Workers, Parent-Child Interacitve Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT.

Fernbrook provides a specailty program focusing on services for children birth to five. Services are individually tailored to meet the unique needs of each family/individual. Fernbrook believes that the likelihood of lasting change is increased by providing services at the location where problems are occurring, and recognizes that more frequent contact may be needed. Fernbrook staff use an approach that places a premium on the development of strong relationships with clients, and strive to remove barriers that inhibit families/individuals from reaching their full potential.
