WHO WE ARE
Environmental Initiatives of North America, INC is a full-service indoor air and environmental quality consulting firm. We provide clients various services including water damage /intrusion assessments, mold testing and site evaluation, post-remediation testing and assessments, asbestos assessments, lead testing, chemical testing and more. We are able to provide immediate results to many of the samples we collect using a microscope on-site.
Our firm has the ability to provide other on-site results for items that do not require use of a microscope by utilizing special real-time monitors. Some common air quality items we can provide immediate results for include volatile organic compounds (VOCs), carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, formaldehyde, and many others. Since samples are analyzed directly on-site by our own consultants, we are able to take many samples without additional fees, keeping clients’ cost low.
Along with our internal analytical services, the use of outside laboratories allow us to meet almost any request for specific sampling types and methods.
OUR APPROACH
Most professional indoor environmental consultants understand buildings and contaminants. Our consultants go above that expectation by understanding the dynamic of human health and the impacts indoor environments can have on both the physical and psychological well-being. We specialize in working with occupants to address their individual concerns.
Our staff are also accomplished microscopists. Through the use of microscopes and other specialized tools and monitors, we can collect and instantly analyze samples for a range of contaminants. This practice allows us to provide clients with immediate results and informative assessments, especially when time is a key factor.

We work with our clients to understand the cause of an issue and the most effective solutions. We believe in consultant/contractor separation and do not offer any contracting or remediation services to eliminate conflicts of interest in our services and recommendations.
