Isn't it time you felt good about your job? CCLS offers various types of residential and non-residential supports to people with disabilities. These supports are offered in small settings, ranging in size from our largest 8-bed group homes to services in an individual's own home. We are proud of our small ratio of staff to clients, and in many cases we offer double coverage. We see our staff as part of a cohesive team, working together to provide the best supports possible. CCLS offers state-certified training, plus on-the-job, informal training. We believe that a well-supported, well-trained employee is vital to our success.

Who we want We truly are determined to offer nothing short of excellence in our supports to people with developmental disabilities, we want the best staff working with us! Experience is great, but not required-as long as you have the drive to support people in becoming more independent, and are willing to dedicate yourself to learning on the job through CCLS' formal and informal training. For experienced applicants, CCLS will occasionally have supervisory positions open up. Of course, entry level jobs often lead to career advancement as well.
