Dr. Andy purchased the clinic in Novemeber of 2008, from Dr. Beth Mayer.  He is a '98 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison veterinary school and has been practicing in the Milwaukee area in small animal clinics since.  Dr. Andy not only sees dogs and cats, but pocket pets as well such as rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, etc.  Dr. Andy enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but especially enjoys doing soft tissue surgeries using his surgical laser.  When not at work his free time is spent with his wife Laurie and daughter Johanna.  Dr. Andy's hobbies include flying radio-controlled airplanes and driving his '73 corvette.  The "furry members" of his family include "Bailey" his yellow lab, "Shelby" his field golden, "Pepe" the cat, and "Fluffy" the guinea pig.  "Bailey" has enjoyed coming to work with him since a puppy and has become Bark River's mascot.  It is Dr. Andy's mission to provide the best veterinary care possible for your pet.  He looks forward to see you as your pets need care and thanks you in advance for entrusting him with the care of your four-legged friend.
