The Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin (AASCW) provides members with the information and services needed to manage their rental properties in a professional manner.

Our membership is comprised of rental property owners, developers, fee managers, housing related nonprofit organizations, suppliers to the industry, officials and government agencies involved in the rental housing industry.
