Johnson Creek, Wisconsin USA: 230,000 sq. ft. capacity The equipment located at Johnson Creek, WI, a 230,000 sq/ft facility, includes: ABB Robot 6 axis, Fanuc Robots - 6 axis, automated Class A paint system with an in-ground conveyor line and a (5) five-stage wash and capability of painting very small to very large parts, (3) three rotary pre-form machines, robotic bonding operations, and 27 compression presses.

Mauston, Wisconsin: 220,000 sq. ft. capacity The equipment located at Mauston, WI, includes: Large compression presses up to 4000 tons, Automated Class A Finish Paint Line with 5 stage washer, in-floor conveyor, Fadal CNC center, ABB robot 6 axis, Fanuc robot 6 axis (gluing)

Watertown, Wisconsin: 20,000 sq. ft. capacity The manufacturing capabilities of plant #1, Watertown, WI, include: hand lay-up/spray-up of fiberglass components in a 20,000 sq/ft facility, with gel coat and chopping booths, and two large diameter lathes for machining integrally molded flange ends on tubular radomes.
