Felss Rotaform, LLC is a leading manufacturer of cold formed and processed tubular components for the automotive industry. Our high technology manufacturing processes include rotary swaging, axial forming, CNC machining and auxiliary processes including punching, heat treating and coating. We manufacture products for automotive applications including half shafts / side shafts, steering columns, drive shafts / prop shafts, shock absorbers and motorcycle axles. Felss Rotaform LLC in New Berlin, Wisconsin was the first international location of the Felss Group outside of Europe. We are one of the leading component manufacturers in cold forming in the USA.
