• We have 22 extrusion lines in a 130,000 square foot facility.
• State of the art CAD software, along with our wire EDM machine.
• We do our own in house tooling with our tool and die department. We start with the extrusion dies and work all the way downstream to the finished part.
• Our total quality management program combined with our statistical process control measures insures total customer satisfaction.
• Additional operations include a multitude of value added operations including: drilling, slotting, heat sealing, solvent bonding, labeling, punching, printing, winding and much more.
• We have various programs in place for blanket order programs, warehousing and Just-In-Time capabilities.
