Acts Housing’s mission is empowerment through homeownership. Our vision to to create vibrant neighborhoods through homeownership. We have supported more than 2,600 families to become sustainable homeowners. We offer the following services:
• Homebuyer Counseling: One-on-one, HUD approved homebuyer counseling for individuals interested in purchasing a home for owner-occupancy.
• Neighborhood Real Estate: As licensed Realtors, Acts represents families in the purchase of homes for owner occupancy.
• Rehab Counseling: Professional rehab staff represents families during coordination and execution of rehab plans, with a focus on the reclamation of vandalized foreclosures.
• Lending: Through its nonprofit affiliate, Acts' Lending, providing purchase/rehab financing to families who are reclaiming distressed properties.
