Company Overview
Founded in 1982 by VESA FDMI standard author and visionary Harry Sweere, Ergotron has been improving the human interface with digital displays for over three decades. Our history of innovation and passion for differentiation is evidenced in over 70 patents and our growing portfolio of beautifully designed mounting and mobility products for computer monitors, notebooks, tablets and other devices, flat panel displays and TVs that are as easy to use as they are to mount. Ergotron’s mounting solutions include wall, ceiling and desk mounts, desk stands, office and tech furniture, sit-stand workstations, device charging stations, carts and vertical lifts. High-quality products offered at an exceptional value are the hallmark of Ergotron. Ergotron’s portfolio of award winning brands include OmniMount®, StyleView®, TeachWell® and LearnFit®, WorkFit®; and Neo-Flex®.

With a human-centered design, each Ergotron product adapts technology to the varying physical needs of individuals, creating an environment that promotes wellness while improving productivity and efficiency. With the introduction of patented Constant Force™ lift-and-pivot motion technology, Ergotron’s products require less user effort to achieve more ergonomic motion for a healthier and more interactive user experience when viewing any digital display. While Ergotron devices are not intended to cure, treat, mitigate or prevent any disease, they can enhance computing wellness or entertainment excitement, improve workplace productivity or create business process efficiencies—Ergotron’s products are positioning your digital world. New applications for mobile devices and laptops continue to appear in everyday use, regardless of field or industry. In order to help businesses use these tools to their greatest potential, Ergotron invented PowerShuttle® Technology (patent pending) to optimize total charge time while safely preventing electrical circuit overload by efficiently grouping the number of devices that are charged at one time. Since a large part of device management is the ability to safely, securely and efficiently charge these devices to be ready for use when needed, Ergotron continues to prove itself an innovation leader in emerging technologies with its broad line of device charging stations and carts.

Headquartered in the United States, Ergotron has a division and four subsidiaries in Europe, and is represented in countries worldwide. We are proud to offer solutions to the Consumer Market, Commercial Business Markets, and the ODM Business Market. In 2012, Ergotron assumed operations of OmniMount Systems, Inc., featuring OmniMount as the consumer brand within the Ergotron portfolio. Ergotron is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004 and Energy Star—certifications that demonstrate Ergotron’s commitment to employing best-practice procedures in its facilities worldwide.
