Wisconsin Foam Products offers competitive compensation for motivated hourly employees with regular, consistent attendance. Overtime is often available as business volumes often dictate – which can significantly increase your income opportunities.
In addition to competitive wages, Wisconsin Foam Products, Inc. proudly offers a variety of competitive benefits for full time employees including health Insurance, dental and vision benefits for employees and dependents. Plans available to choose from are a Co-Pay HMO, HMO High Deductible – (Health Saving Account eligible) and PPO plans.
Employees also receive a company sponsored Short Term Disability Insurance and Life Insurance Policy coverages - with the option for employee-paid increased benefit levels. Additional supplemental employee paid policies are available.

Our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan offers a Company Matching Contribution with no waiting period and is not subject to any vesting schedule for participating employees, along with potential for a generous Discretionary Annual Match contribution.
Employees will earn PTO hours along with Holiday Pay. Employees will have the opportunity to participate in a quarterly paid profit-sharing bonus.
