In 1986, two young pediatricians decided to take a leap of faith and create their own pediatric clinic. Doctors David Pikna, MD and Dennis Saran, MD believed they could provide better quality and more personal pediatric care on their own. They left their jobs with a large medical practice and created their own private practice, Pediatric Healthcare SC. In a few quick years, the practice grew substantially from their commitment to and their reputation of better quality pediatric care. As they grew, the like-minded Mary Donovan, MD joined the group. To offer increased availability and the best care possible, a fourth pediatrician joined the team, Faye Mansour, MD. The practice has continued to flourish over the years.

Upon Dr. Saran’s early retirement to pursue other adventures in life, Pediatric Healthcare brought on experienced pediatrician Mike Cianciolo, MD. The group continues to work together cohesively, upholding their commitments to their patients and providing the best quality pediatric care in Southeastern Wisconsin.
