Joseph Property Development, LLC (JPD) is a Milwaukee based real estate development firm founded by Robert Joseph. A life-long Milwaukee resident, Robert is a third generation real estate developer. His experience in both land development and building construction has created this unique portfolio of exciting projects and developments.

The firm focuses on two core competencies. The first is the acquisition and adaptive reuse of historic industrial and warehouse buildings in the downtown area and the Historic Third Ward of Milwaukee. These buildings house apartments, condominiums, boutiques, national retailers, award-winning restaurants, and a variety of office users.

The second area of our business is the multi-unit component of residential subdivisions. Our current projects include the Twin Bridges Condominiums in the Village of Jackson and Fox Lake Condominiums in the City of Waukesha. In addition to these exciting projects, the firm has developed hundreds of condominiums throughout southeastern Wisconsin since 1994.

JPD employs construction managers and expeditors, and a site-services team of workers that self perform much of the labor-intensive and costly aspects of our construction projects. Serving as our own general contractor we are able to closely supervise the design, scope of work, material acquisition and onsite labor. This helps ensure greater efficiency and value as well as top quality workmanship in all of our projects.
