The Tannery commercial campus consists of seven historic buildings--dating back to the late 1800s---situated on 15-acres on the southern edge of downtown Milwaukee. Each building has a unique personality, which allows for the choice of an office that best suits the needs and style of your company.

Brick and timber construction, poured concrete and ornate-handcrafted-plaster are all available at The Tannery. Special construction needs or unique space requirements can be accommodated, as well as custom lease agreements can be arranged.
