Peter Sciortino Bakery was established in 1947 by Peter C. and Grace Sciortino. In 1997 the bakery was sold to current owner and operators Giuseppe, Maria and Luigi Vella.

The Vella's grew up working for the Sciortino family prior to ownership. Their passion for baking and business has been a strong force behind the continued success of the bakery. Over the years the Vellas have added new products to the already famous bread, rolls, cookies and pastries.  Some items are always available both in our retail store and now on-line, other items are only around seasonally.

We bake fresh daily on the premises. Our breads and rolls can be found throughout the metro Milwaukee area, either at a restaurant or local grocery store.  Most Sendiks stores, select Piggly Wiggly, and Sentry Foods to name a few.  Not to mention many local eateries.
