Cavalry Staffing is the hospital, hotel, and rental car sister company of Stanley Staffing founded in 1997 by President Dave Stanley in Cleveland, Ohio. We are recognized as one of the largest non-clinical hospital/hotel staffing firms in Ohio and one of the major players in the national car rental staffing industry.

Being Ohio based we are actively involved with the Ohio Staffing Services association (OSSA)- our industry state trade association and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). We have partnered with Buckingham, Doolittle, & Burroughs, LLP- endorsed and recognized by ASA as the premier legal council for Ohio HR, co-employment, workers compensation, and staffing law. We partner with CrimCheck for all background screening services. We keep our national perspective through the (ASA) American Staffing Association- our industry trade association.
